Villa Castiglioni is a work in progress on the Island of Puerto Rico. It began as an average suburban, three bedroom home.
We began by eliminating an adjacent bedroom to the living space. The two car garage was converted to an atrium. The living space, kitchen, and bedrooms were outfitted with french doors to the outside.
A cantilevered tea room above the master bedroom will be the final addition.
